MLOps Community, the world’s largest community dedicated to putting AI into production, offers many benefits to its members. One of them is bringing in renowned speakers and hosting virtual conferences filled with practical knowledge on all things ML and AI. The quality of their content speaks for itself: their growth has primarily been driven by its existing members.
Testing advertising as a new growth lever
Demetrios, founder of MLOps Community, sought to accelerate growth and drive registrations to MLOps Community’s virtual conferences through advertising. Though not a marketer by trade, he did what any great marketer would do – run an initial test in channels where his audience is likely to be and scale investment in the best performer. For Demetrios and MLOps Community, advertising in TLDR AI ended up having the best ROI.
Out of all of the paid marketing channels, TLDR was our best performing channel for driving leads and attendees. We are advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other newsletters. Meta drove over 2x the number of registrants than TLDR, but when you look at the quality of the registrants, TLDR actually drove more attendees than Meta.
